Spacious 4-bedroom villa. Well-equipped kitchen and barbecue facilities. Convenient access to nearby mini-mart for BBQ supplies. Smart TV with YouTube access. Free bikes and swings on site. Good location for exploring nearby attractions. Responsive and helpful housekeeper. Peaceful and quiet at night

Good base for exploring Ban Khanong Phra Nua. Helpfull staff, VERY QUIET location. Near to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. Our kudos go to maid for the hospitality!

The house has ample rooms and bathrooms for a group, and the location is convenient to several local attractions. the kitchen is stocked with plenty of utensils and helpful appliances. the staff have a kind and friendly attitude.
The property is a bit worn out and could use a thorough cleaning.

I had a great time at this hotel. The staff is helpful and friendly. The location is convenient, with many nearby attractions. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with kitchen appliances, towels, and hairdryers. The bathrooms are clean and have all the facilities needed. The breakfast is tasty, especially the shrimp fried rice.

Our Christmas stay was great - we loved the spacious 4-bedroom villa with its own private pool. The BBQ facilities were fantastic and we enjoyed grilling our own food. The location was perfect, close to many restaurants and with easy access to nearby attractions. We also appreciated the free bikes provided to explore the area.
The villa was a little outdated and could use some renovations. Some of the toilets had flushing issues which was inconvenient.

The villa is perfect for a large group or family. the rooms are spacious and well-equipped with kitchen facilities and bathrooms. the housekeeper was friendly and welcoming. the villa is located in a quiet and clean area and provides a comfortable and clean stay.
The location is quite remote which makes it difficult to navigate, especially if you are unfamiliar with the area. some of the breakfast items were disappointing.
